The building

The building was constructed in 1988. From the beginning, it was designed as a guest house. Big comfortable spaces, balconies and sheltered verandahs, private bathrooms in all rooms, a comfortable, attractive living room, and a remarkable garden (360 Panorama). The building is set on two floors. On the ground floor, there are six rooms, all of which are accessible to people with disabilities. The first floor comprises four rooms. Of all ten rooms, two are double and the other eight are triple. Building maintenance takes place every year. In 2005, the whole first floor was renewed. All the modern facilities are to be found at the guest house. And guests will also enjoy the glorious flowers, the natural light, the attractive colors, the sparkling sea and the clear sky that are all to be found at the foot of Mount Pelion.
